Awful Dunkin Donuts. They are rude and nasty. The 20 year old blond "Managers" I'd disrespectful and condescending. I don't... think I ever met someone so disgusting, and also so openly rude and degrading to the other workers in front of a Customer in mylife. She should never been given a position where she is in charge of other people. I will never come here again. I should haveknown just because it was part of a gas station that they are Awful. ???? My boyfriend went to get a coffee this morning and we both ended up getting sick to our stomach. Definitely the coffee. My cup... smells like cigarettes. Not sure why but im sorry I drank it. Read more
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with cream and paid. As I was waiting I noticed only 2 employees on duty. Girl taking orders and... guy preparing them. Guy served a woman who ordered after me and had not served me yet. He was also taking a ridiculously longtime to prepare the orders. I even heard him openly admit to it being his first day to another customer. He then tells me hecan't put cream in the latte. The manager comes out and explained to me it was against their system to cream in the latte. Ithink to myself, "SINCE WHEN?!!!" At that point my blood boiled and I asked for my money back. Thankfully I got it back. I thensaid, "Never coming here again." As I was leaving I warned a woman who was going in, "Terrible service." She asked, "yeah?" andI nodded. I am a donut man myself my wife is a bagel person. We both like dunkin donuts, and sometimes we even get a coffee.
Lately everything i come in here . No matter what time of day... it takes forever to get a coffee and I'm not blaming the... employees there..it looks like management has cheaped out and they have one person doing three jobs..i used to come in .be inand out probably 3 min. Now I stand there while the guy ringing the registers making sandwiches and coffee..so service isgone...and so am i.. Read more
Staff is exceptionally friendly at this location and its been the same faces there for a while now. Not a revolving door like... most Dunkins. Service is quick, and they never messed up an order for me. No drive through, but going inside is bearable with agreat staff like this. Read more
Went on 4/28/22 was cut in line and food was cold lady just put food on counter never told me saw was just sitting waiting. Then... I had to ask her if that was my food. She never apologized or said thank you and did everyone order in front of my order and allI ordered was a snack bacon. Felt we racism. Read more
