They are ok but coffee is watery. They used to be one of the best on Killingly Street but now they are getting horrible

I got two lattes one day made with no espresso. I called and informed the manager. SHE TOLD ME TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE... THEM REMADE. I returned the next day only to have a woman at the counter BLAME ME for not bringing them back the same day! SorryI didn't sip the latte and realize the error!
