They got the order wrong. How do you screw up 1 small coffee and a half dozen donuts?
10 min wait at the window with no service and no one ahead of us?. Order made wrong and half our items were not given to us. 4... cars behind us beeping and being ignored at the drive through. They all eventually gave up and left completely. Loosing businessleft and right here, iced coffee was ordered med regular with cream and extra sugar- came out mostly milk and no sugar. I used to go to this dunkin donuts a couple times a week, but yesterday when I went to get my usual, my order was prepared wrong... first of all, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese, I got a bacon and cheese no egg.. and I was disgusted and horrified at what Ialmost swallowed. In my hot coffee was a huge fly dead floating in my drink. They offered to make me another drink but all Iwanted was a refund. Honestly I'll never go to this location again..The manager seemed careless about my situation because Ireally wanted to speak with them & they told me they weren't available. I went to pick up a maple flavored coffee roll instead I received a donut. I called back to speak to a mgr. or supervisor and... there was no one in the establishment to help me. They actually told me no one would be there until the next day at 5pm. I seewhy this business has some bad reviews. The employees are doing whatever they want. The store was chaotic! One of the employees came put of the restroom screaming about peeing. The older lady who waited on us was... just lovely but that was the highlight. The coffee was so strong you could slice it! Read more
