NIKI was beyond pleasant taking my order but it didn't make up for my completely burnt sandwich. Went at about 11am and wasn't... busy or anything so no reason for this to happen. Got in drive thru about 7:30pm. Had 2 cars in front of me. Placed my order for a med coffee and a donut. Finally got to the... window @ 7:40ish for employee to tell me they had no coffee left because they dumped it out because they close in 20 min.
