I hate leaving one star but I just don't have a choice. I have come here multiple times just trying to get turkey dinner.... They're never open when they say they are, they never have turkey ever. It doesn't matter when I come I got here today an hourbefore they're supposed to close they're already cleaning up the store. The place looks disgusting the floor is wet and they'realready packing up food. It's zero for customer service and quality at this Boston market! It's not the first time it's not thesecond time it's not the third time it's like the fifth time in a row I've tried to get food and can't get it. I don't know howthey think it's acceptable to close the store an hour before they're supposed to close the store. Fire everyone that works herestart again because none of them do their job! They don't want to work they don't seem to care it's a disaster. Read more

Let me preface this by saying that we've gotten Boston Market holiday meals several times for over a decade now. That said, my... latest experience will be the last. The day we scheduled to pick up our order, we arrived to find the store completely closedfor the day with nothing but a hand written sign saying it would reopen the next day. So...the next day I make an extra halfhour trip to arrive at noon (the time their website said the store opened) only to find a typed sign saying they'll be openingat 1pm...wait another half hour. Once open, they get my order from the back cooler, and promptly tell me they don't have thedozen cornbread muffins and just put dinner rolls in instead. Annoying, but nothing else they could do...and no apology for notbeing open the day before. Arriving back at home, I unpack the order to put it in the refrigerator. Nice large sides as usualfor the price. However, the sweet potato casserole came without the brown sugar topping or marshmallows on the side to add whenheating...so another drive to the grocery to get marshmallows. The Mac and cheese was essentially Mac and yellow orange water. I had to add a full cup of additional ingredients just to get it to thicken enough to resemble something other than soup. So allin all, the convenient prepared take out holiday meal was very inconvenient. Hope you have a better experience. Read more

Walk in at 6:30 they don?t have any chicken.. reason they don?t have chicken is because it takes two hours to cook and they... close at 8pm. What ? The cornbread was cold and gross?These employees are terrible. It?s a shame because I love Boston market. Read more

Horrible customer service, out of food because the staff cleans up the store early and does not want to clean the store.... Reporting to management is a joke. Placed an order and went I showed up to the store they said they ran out of chicken. Unableto refund my order. Now waiting for someone to contact me. Read more

7:55pm I was denied entry, because they close at 8:00pm. I was told "online orders only, we close at 8 now". That's interesting... since it's not 8 yet. I wanted food to go. They never even asked. Go figure. And while you're at it, go elsewhere. Read more

Warning they are under new owner ship foods horrible got charged 40 bucks for ribs that look like picture underneath they close... at 8 not 10 even when the website and google says different no longer carry Turkey and more just sad Read more

The meal is worth the price you paid. I ordered Half Rotisserie Chicken online and picked it up in-store yesterday. Love the... taste. My review only focus on products. No comment on services and staffs. Read more
