I grew up next to Lebanese neighbors , who used to make great authentic food from their home country. Today , I got to... experience that same great taste from my childhood. Alanis is located in the newly renovated ? Rolfe Square? area of Cranston. They are only a couple minutes drive off the highway from any direction. They have great authentic , Mediterranean food at agood price point. They also have good inside seating , and a even nicer outside patio area for the summer weather. I?m glad Ilive in walking distance , as this will be my new ?go to? spot . The food was delicious. This place has the potential to improve. I ordered a chicken shawarma, Alanis platter and a mediterranean salad today. Shawarma... was good but the platter was just average. The salad was honestly not up to the mark at all. Portion size is questionable forthe price. Read more
Ordered gyro platter which comes with the most crispy inside soft inside fries, mixed salad with sumac powder and loaded feta,... tzatziki and warm pita bread. I loved the taste of gyro- it was warm, moist and tender. I loved the fries so much! Better thanmost of the restaurants and food chains! I would come here again. The dining place is not the best but it does the job. I sawpeople ordering take-out. I would be a regular take-out customer if I lived closer. They sell yogurt drink and some deserts too.I wasn't fond of the look of the desert options. Read more

Great new neighborhood spot! A lot of options to choose from and everything was delicious. Really fresh food and the portions... were generous! Highly recommend the chicken shawarma and beef platter. The co reviewer and I watched this place get build for what seemed like years during the pandemic. Every time we thought it was... going to open it did not! ;( When it finally opened we marched in to give it a try. Wow were we surprised!
