I haven't eaten many subs lately, but these are worth going back for!! Great bread and proportion of meat to other topings!
I highly recommend Mr Subs, Cranbury for a great platter of sandwiches! The bread is of very high quality and the meats are... Boars Head. The sandwich artists prepared a beautiful presentation! I wish I could give a better review. I paid $31.80 for two Whole Honey Turkey subs, + $2.20 for cheese. The sub, as seen in the... pictures, lacked the meat, cheese, and toppings to justify that price. I also paid $7.50 for two small cups of fries that werenot filled and tasted like they were fried in old oil. $44.25, for this meal is far too expensive. The sub itself was dry &lacked flavor. I asked for lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, oregano, oil, & vinegar. When you look at the pictures you cansee that there was zero vinegar or oregano. If you look closely at the picture you can see a piece of thinly sliced onion, somelettuce, & tomato. I feel like I paid for bread. It has the potential for being a good sub. Read more
Second time ordering a sandwich here. This time I ordered pick up instead of Uber eats. Ordering by phone was perfect customer... service! This is the only place you can get a 16" sub nearby. Great variety and amazing cookies. I got an Italian Sub, smallmacaroni salad and 1 cookie for $20 and some change. I got a tax upcharge of 21%! Sales tax is only 6.25%, remember I picked upthis sandwich myself. If the upcharge is due to inflation the prices then they need to be updated on the website before someonecalls Uncle Sam's auditor. My sandwich was better last time with oil and vinegar, but I hate how soggy sandwiches get, so makesure to ask for oil and vinegar. Read more
Late order, just before closing, staff had no issues. Food was ready when we got there. It was plentiful and very good. Staff... friendly. Very easy to get to. Recommend highly. Definitely I put it as one of the best sub places locally, and certainly after5pm when most of the others close. Read more
While it wasn?t my first time ever stopping in for a sub or for the good little sides of potato salad that are usually ready to... grab and go, this month I was hungry and stopped in for a couple of sandwiches and sides on my way to a friend?s place. But oneof the staffers seemed stunned that I had walked in, telling me they were closed. This was a bit awkward, though she wasfriendly and allowed me to snap a few photos of the inside, which I enjoyed, because I?m a fan of the establishment and liketheir food and location. So, from there I drove to the Subway franchise up the road in Dayton, behind the Quick Chek (but itwas also closed for the day, unfortunately). Anyway, the location is good and the store is quite lively and comfortable? Ithink they close a bit early during the week, as well -- 7:00pm. There have been several occasions where I wanted to go duringthe week, only to realize they close at that time. Read more
IMO, Jersey Mike's, Wawa, Quick Check, and the local Sunoco & pizzeria makes better sandwiches. Pictured here is what is... supposed to be a grilled chicken sub, & a veggie wrap (which is swimming in juice and has turned to slime. That's iceberglettuce mixed with hot onions, green pepper & tomato). I got some bread and took the insides out of the slimy wrap to eat. Tastewasn't bad. I can't speak for the chicken. First, my catering order was not done correctly. I called the store to let them know that my $120+ catering order was not what... we paid for....plus the plastic containers were dirty!! Sandwiches had incorrect meat and barely any toppings. Employee Felixwas very rude and hung up call as I was talking. I called again and he proceeded to hang up. I no longer will place cateringorders here. Staff is rude and food was not worth the frustration. Read more
