I ordered a home style pizza with bacon and pineapple, as any time before I?ve gotten a nice thicker dough. Picked up my order... and checked to make sure they got it right (as theyve gotten orders wrong in the past aswell) and it appears I got thin crust.Went back inside clearly unhappy with what I got, saying it looks like I got thin crust when I ordered home style. And the ladyargued saying it?s what I ordered. Didn?t try to resolve anything, just shot me down. Not the kind of customer service I?dexpect. Don?t think I?ll be coming back. Read more
This is usually our go to place to order; but the last few times it?s been brutal. Tonight I got my pizzas in 1 hour when they... said it would be ready in 25 minutes. They seriously lack toppings!!! My pizza had no sauce or cheese on it. Super unimpressed.Will be ordering from dominos now as they don?t skimp on toppings!!! Read more
We ordered online this morning before opened fo an early afternoon get together! Excellent service, excellent food, amazing plg... of pizzas, wings breadsticks and desert. Will never go anywhere else again. Oh, we live out of town and took this back homeand reheated 4 hrs after and still as fresh. Read more
Me and my buddy ordered a pizza and immediately threw up after. Most likely by accident but the reason for the one star review... is that we called after and they didn?t do anything about it, just saying that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the pizzaand said it was probably nothing. but we have never in our lives felt like that after eating. I find that they have Greasy Pizza. If I put in an order they won't deliver to us but if my husband orders they will, we live in... town, they will also deliver to our neighbors. The last time I ordered they said my phone number was not a real number. I don'tusually order here but we had company and that what they wanted. 2 for 1 is better and about the same price. Read more
Absolutely horrific. Gave our pizza to the wrong people. Made the people come back. He brought out pizzas back and picked up his... own. Made us wait in the car while they "Made us new pizza" but when we got home we realized that they just reheated the pizzathey wrongfully gave to the other person, as it was completely burnt, hard and inedible. Forget the fact that we are dealingwith covid right now, you cannot Absolutely do that at any restaurant. You can't reheat food and give it to someone else onceit's left the establishment. Ordered pizza and wings tonight. Food came 15 minutes later than their app said it would and the wings were wrong. When I called... to complain they put me on hold to confirm order details and then said they would remake the proper wings and to make sure Igive the wrong wings back as if this was some kind of scam. They are the ones that made the mistake. Absolutely did not care,did not apologize. Not my first problem ordering from them and I will not order from them again. Read more
Ordered 2 new flatbread pizza. But what I got was not correct. Took much longer than it should have as well. They use regular... pizza dough in the shape of flatbread. Also, both were under 4 inches wide, no where near the size it should have been. Thestaff refuses to refund me, and tell me that is how they make it. Called Pizza Hut, and told them what happened. Even then, thislocation refused to contact me after, and fix the problem. Edit: After a week, a true manager called me. Told me I can get arefund now, after the many phone calls I did to Pizza Hut.
