Service at the till doesn't seem to be a prompt as it was. I had coffee cards that weren't complete on both cards but combined... equaled a redeemable coffee. The staff gave me grief for it and I was told they won't accept it again. It's a small trivialthing... Coffee could hotter?! It's the take it or leave it experience. Read more
How do you miss cheese on cheeseburgers? I could see if it was on one but not all 3.
4 out of last 5 door dash orders missing items. Today was told to call Doordash even though mcdonalds had quality stickers on... the bag stating order was complete. Don't recommend at all. Rude on phone and no service. Read more
I love their breakfast, I had Egg McMuffin and Hash Brown with orange juice. It was really good
With current staffing shortages impacting every restaurant yielding long waits, lousy service and high prices there is always... the solid predictability of McDonald's. On this particular morning I drove across Cranbrook to get an orange juice because itwas beyond the capacity of both sit-down places I tried, one of which I walked out of after 40 mins of being ignored, the otheroverwhelmed, over priced & for our table unable to provide OJ. As we were driving through Cranbrook, we stopped here for coffee Saturday morning, Sept. 10/22. The coffee was great. 5 stars.... Later that day, at approximately 7 pm we drove back through Cranbrook and again stopped here for coffee. This time the coffeewas terrible, very watery. We returned them and got new coffees. Again, they were watery. 0 stars. Instead of returning fora refund, we just dumped them in the garbage before we left. Waste of our money and time. What the heck happened? Read more
I like this place; it's location is the best. You can get a nice cup of coffee since early morning. Personally I love Late with... a carrot cupcake. Special mention for Donna, her energy and humor make each visit different. Is nice to see when the leader isin that mode. I don't give 5 stars just because some of my visits there's a cashier guy who doesn't have the best attitude withcustomers. If you live in Cranbrook or not you must visit this comfortable place! Really upsetting that whenever they make a mistake they expect you to pay for the replacement that you originally paid for after... they messed up. Not into paying 50+ to try and get the same thing fixed, and then getting the same mistake. Again. Read more
