TLDR: fantastic food at a reasonable price, great presentation, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. I came in as a single... diner without a reservation, I was given a friendly greeting and was seated at their bar. It was a comfortable seat, though theheight of the bar was much closer to my face than the average table would have been. All the better to shovel the fantastic foodinto my mouth though! I ordered the Caesar salad starter, which they milled fresh cracked pepper onto, it was a very wellbalanced homemade dressing, lovely. For my entree I had the lobster and crab ravioli with the cream pesto sauce and balsamicglaze. With milled pepper and fresh grated parmesan, this dish had me dancing in my seat. Delicious. The presentation andquality of the food is well worth the reasonable price in my opinion. I highly recommend this restaurant! Read more

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner celebrating my brother and sister-in-law's anniversary while we were vacationing near Cranbrook. ... Food and service were both fantastic. Crab and lobster raviolis are a must, my husband enjoyed the special which was a smokedbrisket. It's a small venue so reservations are recommended. We will definitely be back. Read more
This quaint restaurant is so intimate and pretty. It was such a nice treat to walk into a restaurant and have water sitting on... your table. Service was friendly efficient and intuitive. Food was excellent such great taste and if you are lucky you can buytheir special bread. Highly recommend for a couples night out. Very special. Read more

This had fantastic food. I was unsure that it was rated so good just because it was compared to other restaurants in Cranbrook;... but if you compared it to fine dining in Calgary it would line up with the best. Too bad it is small, but I guess it makes itfeel more quaint and attention to detail is good. Another down side is that they leased a spot in an old strip mall, so thefacilities is not too notch. I liked that you could look at the kitchen and thank the chef for the best meals ever! It is veryItalian/Mediterranean, so don't eat here if you think mushrooms on a burger are too adventurous...
