1 star because manager gave refund no hassle. Should NOT have ill employees handling food or bagging food either. Girl was... coughing & sneezing all up and down her right arm, right wrist & directly into her open right hand - which then grabbed ourfries & food to bag. She was clearly under the weather and clearly spreading it. Thankful that we saw it all verses risking allto be sick, and canceled that order. Read more
If I could give zero stars that would be it. We?ve visited this location for many years but today will be the last. At least... half of all our visits over the years have been either missing items, wrong orders given, stone cold food, or so soggy you can?teat it. Today was the final straw for our family when we were given the wrong order, it was cold, and there seemed to be aquarter cup of bacon grease on the cheese fries. So much grease that fluid literally flowed through the bottom of the container.We?ve given chance after chance because it?s one of the cheapest fast food options for a family to eat out, but we can?t justifypaying any amount just for them to keep messing up the orders. I?ve had issues in the drive thru here before, but nothing I couldn?t attribute to a simple mistake that I failed to catch... (forgotten drinks, fries, etc.). Walking in one evening last week however, I see those errors are part of a pattern. What I sawin the dark and dingy dining room was peak inefficiency. The lines inside and out were not long, but those taking orders seemedfrazzled and unsure of what tasks they should undertaking first. I stood awkwardly at the counter for 5 minutes without so muchas a ?we?ll be right with you.? Just occasional furtive glances from the person working the counter. The food wasn?t great? theburgers were dry and slapped together. One was missing condiments on one of them (a simple jr. bacon cheeseburger no less) andthe other had more ketchup on the outside of the wrapper than it did the sandwich. No more stops here, I think. By far this Wendy's restaurant it's probably one of the best I've ever been to. Food was great, the kids working there were well... trained. It was a very clean facility, normally I wouldn't rate a fast food franchise, but this one stood out. Manager wasHands-On that I noticed was working with his employees. Hats off to this location. Worst frosty-ccino ever - no ice lukewarm more like an iced coffee with no ice. The girl said she?d only been shown once but... the manger said it was made right. So all the other Wendy?s that make them taste good are doing it wrong oh and the buns werehard - hard pass on Wendy?s off route 19???? Read more

Nice place, clean and friendly workers. Unfortunately the dining room is not always open due to lack of workers so drivethru is... the main way to order. But they do a really good job there. Read more
