Asked just one sandwich, made pay for two. Usually share a footlong with my kids. Never had a problem asking to put slightly... different things on each half of a sandwich. Here a guy went even further: "since you are sharing, I can make the two halvescompletely separate." Little did I know that here a smart-a "businessman" cares more about profit than customer experience."There are two sandwiches here, I have to charge you for two." Beware of such "niceties!" Just ordered a sandwich a little while ago, 30-35 minutes after eating it I was throwing up violently. Not sure why I get the... same thing everytime I go to Subway. I?m not sure if the ham, cheese or mayonnaise was expired but something was. This isdisgusting! Read more

Decent service, very clean and spacious Subway. Unfortunately Subway prices have become ridiculous. My wife and I had 2... foot-long sandwiches, chips and drinks (2 combos meals). We could have had a nice sit down dinner given the price. Will notvisit again unless they're running a special: buy one, get one free. Read more

Bad. Bad. Bad. Bread under baked and not toasted like ordered. Meatballs undercooked and cold. Cookie under baked and not... edible. I love subway and this is very disappointing. Save yourself the time and go to a different location. There are threeothers close to this one. Read more

We frequently come here and normally have a decent experience. Tonight was different. Went in and there are 4 people in line,... but no one is ordering. The guy behind the counter is making a line sandwiches/salads for a door dash order. Its Friday nightand he's by himself. I wait and he finishes it, takes the first guy in line, makes his sandwich. Promptly starts on anotheronline order, ignoring the line and not even telling us what is going on. I get you need to have someone filling online orders. But these tend to be multiple sandwiches and take longer. The owner of this business needs to come up with a plan to balanceonline and in person ordering. I wasn't the only person to walk out. Owner needs to have more than one poor guy on a Friday.Left very upset and it will be a long time before we try again. I'm sure there are other restaurants that have more than oneemployee to service their customers, online and those that took the time to actually show up. Read more

Had I read the reviews before ordering, I'd never order from this one. Ordered 2 subs online and didn't get what I instructed... regardless mentioning specifically to follow the instruction on my order. The breads were old and tasted funny, meats were dry,put very little to no sauce that I had to imagine that there is some sauce to get the flavor out of those and found othertidbits of veggies in both of the subs I didn't wanted! It is certain that they didn't respect my order at all and made thosesubs as is and since it's an online pick up order, they used stuffs from the back of the freezer! If you had food allergy, donot, I repeat, DO NOT order from this particular store, specially online because they don't care what you asked for and gonnaprep your order whatever the way they want to. I think this is just another outskirt place for the travelers who don't usuallycome back twice. Read more

I think we can all agree that when hiring teenagers to work at a fast food place, we shouldn't place the expectations too high.... Very rarely do you find the teenager who is a hard worker and takes pride in their work. But - If the franchise is running aspecial, in this case, buy two footlong subs and get one footlong free, I would think that would be honored. Turns out, at theRoute 228 Subway located near the TCBY yogurt store, the employees decide who gets the free footlongs. My son went for us toget the subs, as we has a total of four subs we wanted to get, thinking that we would only have to pay for three in total. Myson placed the order and when the total came up, it was more that what he was expecting. My son asked about the footlongspecial, and the employee mumbled something about how it didn't apply, swiped the credit card, gave the four subs to my son andwalked away to the other customers in line. I sent an email documenting this event to the contact portion of the subway site. Here was the reply: I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than idealexperience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that my staff?s behavior during your visit did not meet yourexpectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at this Subway® restaurant is sorry. We are dedicated tohandcrafting our meals in a welcoming environment. I am always looking for ways to improve the restaurant experience for mycustomers, so I shared your feedback with my team to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for choosing Subway®and we look forward to seeing you soon. Yeah, in Cranberry there are a ton of sub stores that always provide better service(Like DiBella's and Firehouse subs) so I know I won't visit that location again and would suggest you avoid that location aswell unless you want mediocre service.
