Very good service. No alcohol. Menu has an identity crisis. Food was fine but nothing to rave about.
This is a fantastic country cooking restaurant. The ambiance is quite classy and relaxed. The service is always excellent. ... While the cooking is traditional Southern country cooking, and certainly not sophisticated, it is still a wonderful place tovisit and experience genteel Southern hospitality. I highly recommend a visit for the nice, relaxed and pleasant experience. Enjoy dinner there before visiting the Christnas lights in McAdenville. ???????? Read more
Love to eat here. Has a large menu plus daily specials. Each day of the week has 3 different lunch and dinner specials to choose... from. Never disappointed!! The restaurant was full on a Monday evening and people were on the waiting list to be seated! All Ican say is it's worth the wait! Read more

I've lived a quarter mile away from this place for 5yrs. Boy have I been sleeping on them. I ordered a sub a couple weeks ago... and it was great. Today I decided to try the Chicken Alfredo. I was a little hesitant due to the $22 price tag but was I everimpressed. The picture was taken after I, 200lb grown man, ate until completely stuffed. It was delicious and easily enoughfor a full family of four. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Read more
Took my family here tonight for dinner and was very disappointed with how the experience turned out. Firstly, my ?salad? or... plate of wilted lettuce rather was unpleasant and should have never left the kitchen. Secondly the ?broiled flounder? i orderedwas 4 pieces of obviously frozen tilapia they brought me were luke warm at best and strangely wet for fish like they were frozenright before they were cooked and was tasteless unless you count the heap of seasoning they used to cover it with. My ?friedsquash? were like potato chips with no salt or flavor and tasted like old oil. Our server who didn?t even introduce herself notonce checked on us besides the one refill of tea I got. From my experience paying upwards of 15$ a plate someone usually askshow your food is or if you need anything else. So after sliding my plate to the end of the table and watching our server shootback and forth past us not even looking our way the entire meal she finally ask if we need boxes which we ask for 2 neither ofwhich are for myself and she still refused to address it I dispute the charge for just my meal with the head waitress calmly andshe rudely asks if I sent it back and after telling her I never got the chance due to an ignorant waitress she tells me that sheisn?t going to take the full price of just my plate off because I should have been the one to engage with the server and send itback.... when it?s 40$ for three people to eat.. P.S they charge for refills because they obviously don?t make enough on theirfood. Read more
It was terrible, hostess and waitress need to be more courteous to the customers, food needs to be cooked done not halfway!! New... remodel is awesome, but, get your employees some training!! Read more
