Terrible experience, can't even get a cheese burger and chilli right. The guy refused to come back to the window after messing... up my order badly. I had to get out and take it inside just to get my order right. Even then they couldn't get it right. Iwalked out fustrated with only part of my order. I definitely won't be coming back. Read more

I haven't ate at one of these in almost 20 years! Still as delicious as I remembered with some new styles I had never seen... before. Although I didn't see the Italian flavor that I remember which was a shame. Regardless, thank you for making my day! Read more

Had the French Onion burger meal. The hamburger patty is a generous portion size for the money at a fast food place. Very tasty... and satisfying if you like onion. Enjoy going to Runza at least once each time when we visit Nebraska. Read more
This place is awesome! The customer service is the best. We had a big group and they were super busy with their onion rings not... working. The manager actually came to our table, apologized for the inconvenience (without us having mentioned anything) andgave us malts. The sandwich was great, the fries were great, the ranch sauce is amazing! Great time. That was a lot of fun. Read more
