I took my 2 grandkids there a couple of weeks ago and the ice cream was delicious but as soon as my grandson got out the door,... his scoop fell to the ground. I went back in, as I could see the scoop hadn't been pressed into the cone enough. Well, they mademe buy a whole new ice cream. I spent almost $30 . How could they do that... Had a great time here with my family. I'm on the lactose side but I'm known to indulge ????. I was looking at the candies and... how many they had from my childhood that are pretty hard to find elsewhere. The wife and kids all grabbed some cones, variousflavors of ice cream and different color cones and styles like waffle cones etc. The ice cream is made locally so it's great tosupport the locals. You can enjoy the amazing taste whe looking at some of the best views around. Parking can get a littlehectic but it's definitely worth it and yes, I did have a taste of each and I can say without a doubt, the best ice cream I'vehad in ages, if not ever. Honestly the best ice cream I have ever had to date. I have been getting a scoop or a pint for almost two decades. I live in a... different city now and every time I come back to Cow Bay I buy at least one pint, but usually three. I have tried various otherpremium and “homemade” ice cream shops and none are ever as good (gelato in Florence, premium shops in Toronto, etc...). Theprice may be up there to some folks but to me it is commensurate with the quality. Obviously not for everyone but for me Idon’t think I’ll ever find better. Read more

Great candy shop for all those hard to find candy from when you were young and the ice cream is all made in house it very very... good mmmmmmmm mmmmmmm good. This is one of the best candy and ice cream shops I've found on the island! It's great or should Isay udderly great. Read more

Soooo good! Coffee espresso is my favorite but all of their flavours are on par! So good, good service, nice patio with swing... benches outside to enjoy your ice cream! Cow Bay is a nice area to walk around as well. Read more

Who knew that an unassuming ice cream shop in Cowichan Bay would have the best ice cream I've ever tasted? Well, I'm impressed.... Met the owner and ice cream creator here today and he let us try another concoction he is as working on. A beer infused icecream, and it was delicious. I can safely say that the chocolate fudge nut is the best ice cream that I have ever had, and thatincludes the famous Cows Creamery in PEI. We will absolutely be coming back every chance we get.
