Baristas clearly just don?t know how to make drinks. Went in for a simple breve latte , was given half a cup of foam , with out... the syrup. Clearly need to be trained better and have better attitude especially if they can?t even make the coffee properly. Iworked at a starbucks for a year and I would NEVER serve a drink that tasted or even looked anything like what I was given. Doyour job properly it?s not that hard. Read more

Ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte. The barista asked me if I wanted it hot or cold and I told her I wanted it hot. I made the... mistake of tasting it in the parking lot because not only was it half full but it felt like it was below room temperature. Went on sunday worst venti white choclate carmel mocha went back got extra mocha cause drink tasted sour. Girl gave me the... stupid look. Uggh finally figured out what it was she gave me a regular mocha. Uggh if u dont like to work with people dontapply for a job that requires u to be friendly. Came in to order a soy green tea latte. The girl taking my order was writing on cups with a grey chalk pen. The barista making... drinks could not even read the cups. I waited for over 15 minutes for my drink to be made. As soon as I picked it up, it felthalf empty. I asked for no foam and half the cup was filled with foam. I asked politely if they could remake it. She said yes. 5minutes later came to me and said that they are now out of soy milk. The lady behind me ordered the same drink. Her and I bothleft. I asked for a refund and she told me they couldn?t. I was given a drink coupon and tried redeeming it at a regularStarbucks down the street. They said they don?t take those coupons.
