Coffee is great but everything is over priced.
Stopped by at 1400 on a weekday hoping to get my caffeine fix, but the drive thru was closed down. That's inconvenient, but... that's fine, I thought I could just go inside. So I pulled around and parked out front. I tried opening the front door, but itwas locked. There were a group of employees sitting inside, but nobody opened the door for me. I've been to this location multiple times and every single time I come to this location they mess up atleast one part of my... order. I understand mistakes happen, but for this to happen everytime i go to this location is rediculous. The most recent timeI came here was a happy hour and they were not busy at all, maybe two customers inside. I had asked them to remake one of thedrinks because it was incorrect, however I still left with my drink being incorrect regardless of me asking them if it was madecorrectly. Yes it's overpriced so that is to be expected with the title. But with knowing what we know about Starbucks and its costs, this... drive through line always runs smoothly and if it is rare when it doesn't, the staff always genuinely apologizes. The staff ispretty much stellar and I go here quite often (4-5 days per week) on the way to work....if the staff wasn't as good andCONSISTENT as they are I'd probably not go as much. Very nice and respectful even when I change my order unexpectedly (happensmultiple times!!) Good job management and employees...keep it up!! Update a year later: Still doing great!! I love this location. On my way to work I stop by, despite construction, so I can get my favorite drink. The ladies there like... to strike up a conversation with me and are absolutely delightful to talk to. Their service is fast, it's usually customers thatmake things a bit complicated for them in the drive thru like last minute ordering of a drink after you pulled up to the window,causing the line of cars behind to wait till your drink gets made and to be brought to the window. That happened recently. Butmainly customers are fast when placing their orders. People here know what they want and don't have 5 kids in the car allordering stuff, like I've noticed with other locations. Honestly this starbucks is a gem for my time management before work, andI wish it was like this everywhere else. Just simple order and go. The only reason it's getting 4/5 stars is due to some hiccupswhere they didn't write my order down correctly, or gave me the wrong type of drink or handed me a drink which was meant for thenext customer in line. This is typical of Starbucks and isn't an isolated location thing. But this location is very nice to itscustomers and we all appreciate that. Thank you for making my day a little bit better. ?
