I didn't want to write this, but I feel it's important for those working here and those grabbing drinks here. The amount of... times the regular staff didn't show up and someone from Safeway had to cover, is a lot. But when there are new people bythemselves and are not properly trained or perhaps paying attention, it makes things worse on the customer. I have a sensitivityto caffeine. So when I ordered a non coffee drink, I was given coffee on several occasions because they mixed up the syrups orforgot it was a hot chocolate. Please make sure staff is writing the order down, because this last order I looked at my drinkand the barista didn't and it was a mix up of syrups again. I also didn't recognize her as my regular, so I'm starting to avoidcoming to this location based on how often this is now happening. Plus side to this location is that all the regular people arefriendly and nice. I just can't keep having this happen and I did discuss this previously with the regular staff, so they areaware. The lady was very rude she said that we charge for ice just because I took a while for my order even tho I bought 7 drinks and I... said I wanted ice and she said we charge $1 per drink for ice I would never go here ever again Read more
I have the Starbucks Visa card. So purchases add up the points plus I get about a dozen free selections each year.
Slow. A few reasonable times but usually it's a wait and I will only stop IF it looks "not busy" (only a few cars) OR if for... some rare occasion I'm actually not in a hurry/on a schedule (which is ultra rare)! Honestly, it is a convenient location (lackof another close drive thru) but they NEED to lose the extra, get more basic, just make the coffees right & right away. Read more
I’ve been to this Starbucks so much within the past 3 months and it’s been the slowest coffee stand and experience I’ve... ever had trying to get coffee. There is an older woman that works here and will literally take 10 minutes to make one drink.While she is super nice, I don’t really care for having a 10 minute conversation while she’s making my coffee while ignoringothers in line. She has no sense of urgency even in the mornings for people trying to get to work. The younger woman works veryfast and efficiently but this older woman is the death of me I will not buy from there if she is working. Read more
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Starbucks but this location CONSTANTLY struggles with a line even when there aren't that many people in the... store. My family and I go instead to another Starbucks location close by. Perhaps management has changed but you'll typicallyfinish eating your food item before you get your drink. Read more
Walk in at 7 and she shuts the lights off yells out we are closed when the hrs. On Google maps say they close at 8pm
