I didn't want to write this, but I feel it's important for those working here and those grabbing drinks here. The amount of... times the regular staff didn't show up and someone from Safeway had to cover, is a lot. But when there are new people bythemselves and are not properly trained or perhaps paying attention, it makes things worse on the customer. I have a sensitivityto caffeine. So when I ordered a non coffee drink, I was given coffee on several occasions because they mixed up the syrups orforgot it was a hot chocolate. Please make sure staff is writing the order down, because this last order I looked at my drinkand the barista didn't and it was a mix up of syrups again. I also didn't recognize her as my regular, so I'm starting to avoidcoming to this location based on how often this is now happening. Plus side to this location is that all the regular people arefriendly and nice. I just can't keep having this happen and I did discuss this previously with the regular staff, so they areaware.
