Well the guy at the counter was a lil snooty for me to fast to let me finish my drink order before he jumped on to next thing.... My bestie ordered a drink and asked for no whip and yet it came with whip... The bagel tho was amazing even tho he didn't askwhen I ordered it if I wanted cream cheese I had to ask does that come with cream cheese and he was kinda snooty again when hesaid it comes separate. Just got my coffee walked in wasn?t greeted made my day worse then it was already. What?s up with customer service out of three... lady?s no one said anything as I walked in till I greeted them looked like they was having a little meeting but come on customershould alas be acknowledged after I said hello then they Approached me took my order then I realized that they even had a personfrom higher management there so sad this is what we pay for. Look, I don't like Starbucks anyways. I generally don't go here, but circumstances led me to this location for coffee today. It... is a small little shop, 3 workers- which made for fast service. I had asked for a blended coffee, they made it hot the firsttime, but had no problem fixing their mistake when I pointed it out. If I liked Starbucks coffee I would go to this locationjust for the fast service and customer service. Read more
Amazing service! I needed to order a medicine ball today but on uber eats wouldn?t allow me too. However, i called and told them... what was going on. She simply said put in an ice two order on uber eats and they will make a medicine ball instead! How great isthat!!!!! Read more
