I?ve been coming to this Jamba for a number of years. I?ve always had good experiences here and the drinks are always great. My... one concern is price, the drinks my boyfriend and I got (pictured below) came out to just under 15 dollars. Would have given no star if had a choice of doing that. Worst service. After waiting for 15 min to place an order. They said... sorry we don't accept bills of $100. I forgot my card and had cash. There were teo girls working 1 of them kept on washing jarsand filling there kitchen sink with water and soap instead of cominv at front and at leadt start taking the order. Other girlwas making orders and greeting people. Worst customer service. I?m not one to leave a review but I got the time today, today I placed a DoorDash order and a portion of my order was missing... and messed up I ordered a white gummy smoothie it didn?t show up with the rest of my order I shrugged it off thinking oh well atleast I have my sausage egg and cheese sandwich open the sandwich guess what no egg in sight pretty disappointing I would say Read more

Açaí purée is on the sour side and not sweet. Also, they don?t serve juices. Once I went 8 minutes before closing time and... they said they won?t do bowls because it?s closing time. Other than that Jamba Juice is always fun? Read more

Came in to buy a smoothie and some of their ginger shots for lunch. I was used to their 30min wait times from the last few days... so I told the girls working there that I would be running to the library down the road to drop off books and I'd be back for thedrink. When I get back there the girls get quiet and show me a drink that's missing an inch and a half off the top. I paid forextra ingredients that routinely merit an extra cup. Then I had to interject on their 10min whispered conversation to get theshots that I'd paid for as well. When I tried the smoothie, it did not taste right. Definitely not what I paid for. Probablyhad been getting sipped on. My mistake for not sitting in there for 30min watching them make a smoothie. Should have just paidlate fees at the library. I would have felt less ripped off. Shall not make that mistake again. Hope no one else suffers thesame. Read more

I didn't get her name but the girl with the dark curly hair that worked closing shift on Friday 7/08 made my day. Phenomenal... customer service. All the employees were super nice and the store was really clean. Delicious smoothies! Read more

The manager at this location went above and beyond to make sure my order was taken care of. There was a little wait but Chris... made it worth it! What an amazing guy!! The team at this location was pumping out drinks and having a great time while doing so.Would love for my sons first job to be like those kids. Wow ???? Read more

So I order online and go in to pick up my order, there is another customer inside with no mask. The person behind the counter... tells her it is fine that she is not wearing a mask and takes her order....there is a state wide mandate that we wear a maskinside public places. Read more
