8-5-2022 Returned for lunch but decided to skip the usual Cuban sandwich to try the chicken parmesan plate. Thought I would... compare it to a recent lunch I enjoyed at an Italian place nearby. Ordering an Italian dish in a Cuban venue... risky? Well...it paid off! What a fantastic lunch! The chicken was thick, crispy, and juicy. I am actually torn as to what I will order when Ireturn next time! Previously... Been a while since I been here, but it's always good food and friendly service. I love thecuban sandwich, but this time I messed up and ordered the large! I barely finished it and hated myself afterwards... but it wassoooo good and soooo worth it. If you haven't been in a while... make a point to get back here... I definitely waited too longbetween visits. Read more

A nice little restaurant. The memu is quite extensive. My wife and I had the shrimp poboy. We didn't have to wait very long... for our order to arrive and it was screamin hot. My wife had a half sandwich and she could barely finish it. I had a wholesandwich. We left full and happy. Don't pass up this little gem! Read more

Eat here often, casual dining, good local favorite dishes, excellent gumbo, the kind of place you could eat at on a daily basis.... The owner and cook IV will fix you anything you want anyway you want it which is something that I value. Has really good redbeans, butter beans and black beans on a regular daily basis. Also has excellent fried seafood plates and platters. Pictured isshrimp etouffee. Read more
