Do not go to this Taco Bell! They gave me the wrong order. Then they said they refused to give me the correct order. The staff... is a bunch of kids that have no training in cleanliness. They said they were out of nacho fries at the drive thru. I decided to go home amd order through doordash. Miraculously they all... of sudden had nacho fries cause i got my order no issues. If they say their out of an item the employees are most likely lyingto you. Read more
The parking lot is a mess to get around in - no fault of Taco Bell, just greed making room. Kudos on making it fit, though! Take... your time, follow the signs around, be careful?or just park your car and walk in! The folks here were so friendly they throughme off a little..it was lunch, after all, who is in a good mood at lunch? These guys are! What a great crew! Order came fastand hot, everything was in the bag, and the sauce bins were full, so I got plenty of Hot sauce (isn?t the hot sauce thebest?). The Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito was really tasty and had a crunchy element thanks to the Doritos pieces. Thechicken and fillings were all fresh and crunchy in the right places. I?ll be back for more of these, they are a great deal andpretty tasty. Got a $5 value pack, too, and that was pretty good. Standard stuff, taco and a burrito, some twists and adrink. Have you tried dipping the Twists in sour cream? Stop making that face and try it, you can thank me later. They close at 1 am. Drove up to window at 12:40 am. 20 minutes before closing. 3 cars in lot. All lights on. I?m sorry we?re... closed. What happened to 1:00 am. If you are closed then turn off the lights and adjust you times online. Read more
Just came here on my lunch break, just to get back to work with the complete wrong order. Tried to call and someone answered the... phone and hung up. So now I have to eat food I don't like that I paid good money for or be hungry because there's no way to getmy money back. Oh and I didn't get a receipt. Wow, this is the first time in years that I have had a great experience at a taco bell near my home as it seems Slidell... locations are run by animals. I knew once I hit the speaker and heard the way they were talking to me that it would be a greatexperience! Food was perfect,they didn?t skip any ingredients, gave me more than 1 sauce packet, didn?t give me a hand fullof mild when I asked for hot, etc. friendly, professional, and amazing.
