Food is absolutely awful and staff has no sense of urgency and will wait on the drive thru and will make you stand there and... wait and forget about you. Not only is the customer service and food lacking but then you have to worry about them shorting youfood that you ordered in the first place all because they wanna socialize with their coworkers and play around. Almost every time I have gone, they are so rude that I either give up and leave, or it just ruins the whole experience. Starting... from rushing you at the order menu, to rude service and childish behavior at the window, the entire experience on multipleoccasions has made it to where they have lost my service completely. And I went about twice a week. For about 5-6 times. So.Multiple chances to get it right. Same experience almost every time. And the manager was one playing around in the window on 2of these occasions. And you can't get their attention if they forgot something. Because they are too busy playing around andtalking about you before they even close the window. Literally had the guy tell the manager, idk why they still sitting there. Igave then everything. All while I'm waving trying to ask for my drinks and sauces. Because they left them out. So. I won't begoing back to this location literally ever. They need to get better staff. Tried to share the fried shrimp dinner with my husband and the shrimp was so spicy it was not edible. Additionally, there was a... woman working in the kitchen who was so loud cutting up with others, it made eating in the restaurant unbearable. I grew up on Popeyes. Lately they've gone down hill. A few years ago I decided to go to Popeyes for lunch. I ordered the chicken... tenders and to my surprise they were under cooked. A couple years after this incident I decided to give Popeyes another chancebut the same thing happened. I stopped going to Popeyes for fear that I would have the same experience again. Here it is 2022and I decided to allow Popeyes to redeem itself but once again my chicken tenders were under cooked. I don't know what's goingon with Popeyes but I know I won't be eating from them ever again. Read more

Possibly the worst Popeyes in the entire North Shore. The location is awful. Their drive-thru is located maybe 100 ft off the... main Highway 190. Cars are stopped in the right lane of a busy highway and it moves slowly. Also, I use the app when orderingand this is the only location I've ever had to wait in line to tell them I have a mobile order, then wait for it to be prepared. Making ordering ahead pointless. Never order from their drive-thru, it's as if they pawn the worst portions (super tinychicken pieces) as well as get your order wrong. Why ask if I want spicy or mild if you're just going to give me what you wantme to have? Kids hate spicy food. I live a good ways out and it's often too late to drive back and get them to do it right. Also stay away from the new blackened chicken sandwich unless you like dry, burnt chicken. I've seen different employees comeand go and most times I'm convinced the qualifications for hire do not include drug testing, background checks, or educationlevel. Then again those are the ones you never see twice. If I had a Popeyes closer, I personally would avoid this one. Read more
