The store was completely silent, very awkward atmosphere. The girls behind the counter looked scared to take orders. My drink... was luke warm, it was An iced latte. Both my husband and I?s ham croissants were frozen. I have a milk allergy my drink waswhole instead of oat. I don?t know if it was a bad morning but it definitely made my morning rough. Read more
I can't say enough about how much I love this place!! Great coffee, great atmosphere, great service! Everyone is so helpful and... caring! They actually remember my order when I come in each time!!! So glad they have been able to stay open throughout thiscrazy time, because I couldn't make it without my PJ's coffee. Read more
...so unimpressed. I expected a clean store with a decent selection of breakfast items. They has only 3 bagels to choose from.... Or cookies. Crumbs all over areas of customer food prep by the toaster where I had to toast my own bagel and spread the smallportion of cold lumpy cream cheese from the take-out condiment size given. Wasn't expecting to have to prepare my own food afterI paid for it. It was like being in someones semi dirty kitchen at their house or something. Bathroom just smelled like piss.Just a real letdown, and I will not be back. If you need coffee, drive an extra 10 mins and go find a Starbucks. To the ownersof this store, you should be ashamed of the conditions there. Fire the employees and get new ones. They are not doing your storeor brand any good. Read more
The hours are ridiculous. Few years back this was my go to place to study and they let everyone hang out until 9 or 10, bring... more coffee and snacks and giving them more business. Now, I can't buy their product before work because they open later. Theproduct is still great, but the service and atmosphere here is significantly worse than other locations. Read more
This a good place to go if you're a coffee lover! They have a great variety of flavored coffees and your coffee is made fresh... everytime you order. You can even try some of their cold coffee's with a delicious dessert! They have an assortment of cookies,muffins, bagels and other items to choose from! Price's aren't bad either! Read more
Best Place and coffee ever! Love the owner, Theresa, and all the staff! Come in at least twice a day, and they know what I want.... If I am running late the owner will make my coffee! The drip coffee, pastries and food are great. If you actually enjoy real espresso drinks, this place is joke. Every time I have... ordered a cappuccino or even just a double espresso with whipped cream (the employees have no idea what it is if you ask for a"con panna"), I have been very disappointed. Today, they were so understaffed that just ordering 2 drinks was frustrating. Myhusband gave up trying to explain a double espresso with whipped cream or a real cappuccino and ordered me a latte and even ittastes completely burned. Read more
