I go to this PJ's all the time on weekends and in evenings after school, and the baristas are always so nice. You get your... coffee so fast! Went there today, was having a rough day, and the barista complimented my outfit and was very nice (as usual)and it just absolutely made my day. I feel this way every time I go there. This pj's changed me from a Starbucks person to aPj's person! Its also never too crowded and theres always a couple seats open. Read more

Main reason for three stars is because the coffee is just not good. I?ve been to other PJs coffee in the area and they all have... the dolce espresso taste, but unfortunately the coffee was not good the first time and choose to give it a second chance since Iwas in the area. The coffee here is very bitter. Could not get over the difference. Read more
Meh, they are kind of rude sometimes and other times great. I always tip, but lately seems like they try to make you... uncomfortable if you don't write a tip in. That makes me not want to tip especially when they are rude and the coffee isntgreat. They used to be amazing but have gone downhill. I once preferred P J.s to Starbucks, but now I only go there because thedrive through line is shorter. Now not even sure its worth it at all. Read more
If you order a muffin at the drive-through, They will most certainly give you one of the burnt ones. This has happened on... multiple occasions.I guess they?re hoping you don?t notice it?s burnt until you?ve driven away. The coffee is always goodthough. Read more

On October 4, 2022, I went to this PJ's in Covington. I ordered an iced herbal tea. The server brought back a black tea. I told... him that is not an herbal tea. He gave me another tea. I said, "Is this an herbal iced tea?" He replied yes. Unfortunately, itwas not an herbal tea. I am caffeine intolerant. I can only drink herbal teas due to my health condition. After drinking half, Irealized he made the error. I wasted my time, my money , and my health. I have visited this PJ's almost every week. I realizethat good service is hard to find, but he should be more careful what he was serving to his customers. What if I was a diabeticand he gave me cane sugar? Read more
