I go to this PJ's all the time on weekends and in evenings after school, and the baristas are always so nice. You get your... coffee so fast! Went there today, was having a rough day, and the barista complimented my outfit and was very nice (as usual)and it just absolutely made my day. I feel this way every time I go there. Main reason for three stars is because the coffee is just not good. I?ve been to other PJs coffee in the area and they all have... the dolce espresso taste, but unfortunately the coffee was not good the first time and choose to give it a second chance since Iwas in the area. The coffee here is very bitter. Could not get over the difference. Read more

On October 4, 2022, I went to this PJ's in Covington. I ordered an iced herbal tea. The server brought back a black tea. I told... him that is not an herbal tea. He gave me another tea. I said, "Is this an herbal iced tea?" He replied yes. Unfortunately, itwas not an herbal tea. I am caffeine intolerant. I can only drink herbal teas due to my health condition. After drinking half, Irealized he made the error. I wasted my time, my money , and my health. I have visited this PJ's almost every week.
