Superb. Expansive menu and extensive list of rolls without rice. Had two firsts on my original visit, never used the soy sauce... or additional wasabi for seasoning. The food is exquisitely flavored, balanced and textured. I simply never felt the need to useany additional seasoning. The blue fin tuna carpaccio is a masterful presentation of flavor and aroma. This place has really impressed me! After getting fantastic, authentic ramen while out of state for work, I really thought I... wouldn't get anything comparable down here in Covington. Megumi 21 has very, very good ramen. I love their marinated eggs so Igot extra. The sushi here is also very good, and if you're watching carbs you can get any roll wrapped in cucumber instead ofrice. 4-19-2022 Stopped in for lunch again and remembered that I ordered way too much last time I was here. So... I did it again!... OMG... the soft shell crab appetizer was fantastic. We took a lot of food home despite thinking we could finish it all when weordered... someone stop me from ordering so much next time. Just kidding, love this place! Previously... had a great lunch. My go to place for Ramen and sushi! Been here several times and can only say good things about this place. Their Ramen is really... good, my favorite is the tonkotsu. They serve you soup once you sit down and service is really fast. Huge menu for sushi,anything you can imagine they probably have it! Megumi 21 has a very large sushi roll menu- like 12 pages long. It?s a good idea to check it out before entering the... restaurant. I always like to order a fancy appetizer such as the Dirty Tuna for example. There is a whole list of rolls with orwithout rice. Those without rice are rolled in fish, one in particular I love is the one wrapped in tuna! The sushi chefs arefast to make your chosen rolls and they are always beautiful as well as delicious.
