I experienced 2 employee errors from one order at this location on 9/29/22. Prior to leaving town for the weekend I ordered on... the JJ app. At the drive-thru I told this location that I have a mobile app order for Matthew. I drive away and realized I washanded an order for Matthew J. (not Matthew B.) which was a Club Lulu and not my order of the BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch. Icalled the store and was I told to return for the proper order. I picked up the BBQ Ranch Chicken Club and got back on the road.I soon realized that my Wrap was devoid of ANY chicken. No meat! Also the Guacamole Spread I added for additional cost was notin the wrap. I was on the road for vacation and not returning to this location for a third time in one day. I?m a Freaky FastRewards member that orders weekly at this location. I am requesting a refund for my purchase because I never actually receivedmy proper order. I have pics attached of the BBQ Ranch Chicken Wrap that has zero chicken in it. Read more

I ordered avacado spread in place of mayo and there was probably 1/8th teaspoon total. Freaky Fast has gone out like the wind.... It is approximately 1 hr minimum wait time from order to delivery. Read more

The delivery range needs to be increased. My office is 1.8 miles or 5 mins from this location and they say it?s too far. Food is... good. The staff is professional. Read more

Long time customer. I will never be going here again. Horrible management that just doesn't care about quality of service. An... embarrasment to the Jimmy John's brand. If corporate cares and wants to reach out, feel free to contact me here with a number tocall. Service has been going downhill for awhile here, but tonight I had the most disrespectful experiece possible. Names of theemployees. Billy (told me he was a manager in training), and a second employee Darren, that stated he was the manager. Theincident happened on 10/5/21 at 7:45pm. I'm a business owner and I know that hiring has been hard on all businesses, butunfortunately I will never be coming here again, and I'm sure by the way they acted that they were more than comfortabletreating customers this way. Just went in today around 1:30. The guys working were very helpful and patient while we downloaded the app to set up our rewards... account. Better and friendlier service than chick fil a! Lol someone should give those kids a raise! Read more

Management issues here. Expressed disappointment was not addressed management. Employees seemed to be bothered to assist... customers. Cashier mumbled and was not knowledgeable of the menu options. I ordered avocado spread & could not find on thesandwich. When addressed they said they are only allowed to give a teaspoon amount. It was non existent on the sandwich, notrecommended? waste of money. Read more

I'm a big fan of the unwich! Make sure to add Jimmy Peppers to make it awesome! And the bathroom is entertaining!
