9-27-2022 Returned for trivia twice in the last three weeks and had great experiences. Had the hand-dipped corn dog last time,... but the Cuban sandwich is crazy good. It's probably one of the largest Cubans I have had and unlike the typical dryness found inmost... this sandwich has flavorful pulled pork and a creamy dose of mayo and pickles that really make each bite better than thelast. I ate the whole thing and definitely was completely satiated after! We had a great trivia night experience. Upped to 5stars. Previously... Almost had a train wreck of an experience here recently, brought the entire department, 10 people, forlunch and with an empty room weird stuff happening from the start. Like what? Well, if the manager hadn't made it right... Imight have told you. But, after a short battle to see who had the most patience... we did iron it out and the manager made good.While some of the 10 guests may not return, I have always had great experiences here. It was a pretty laid back bar style environment. The food was pretty good we had a chicken salad, wrap, patty melt, provolone... mushroom burger, korean fried chicken and spinach dip. The drinks were normal, we ordered a Moscow mule and a rum punch bothwere made correctly. The staff was cool, when you walk in, if you've never been there you wouldn't have know to order at thebar. Stopped in doing block party to eat dinner. Place was packed so finally got seat at place. Thought food would have been better... since it was so busy. Enchiladas sauce was very bland and tasted like just tomato sauce. The place was also swelteringhot....not sure if ac was working at all. Read more
The food is good. Note that there is no table service, and they won't tell you, or they didn't tell us, just order at the bar.
Nice place, a little small for the band tonight . Groovy 7 was groovy. Bartender's were very efficient, nice and could hear... over the music. Over all a 9 on a scale of 8. If you are ever on this side of the lake for anything and looking for a night outI recommend highly recommend the Columbia Street Tap Room and Grill. Read more
Great people, and one of the best burgers I?ve ever had. Beer is cold as hell. In the good way.
