Whomever owns this franchise should take some money and fix the drive thru speaker. Chicken has to be made to order, so the line... is incredibly slow when the speaker isn't working. I always have a miserably long wait here. I don't blame the workers, there'sa labor shortage and they are doing what they can, but the owner seems completely absentee. Read more

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IN COVINGTON, KY! Me and 4 of my Co-workers ordered from there today with... delivery by Door Dash and NOTHING IN OUR ORDER WAS CORRECT! Worst business on the planet. Been there 4 times trying to pick up orders and have never left with a customers food. Sat in... drive thru for 35 minutes for one order because dining room was closed, only to be told when I got to the window that theyweren't doing Doordash orders. I guess using a computer is to complicated to notify our company so drivers don't waste time andlose money. They need to fire that whole crew and start over with people willing to at least do their job at bare minimum. It's fast food not architecture. Disgrace to Popeyes brand. Worst fast food experience of my life. I went through the drive through at 6pm July 5th and was greeted through the speaker by a... man that?s was seemingly having the worst day of his life. Instead of letting us order from the start he interrupted us toexplain that he wanted this experience to be as simple and smooth as possible because he had been given nothing but attitudeall day. He threatened to start cursing the next time someone in the drive through gave him attitude essentially warning us tobehave. After I ordered the first item he took a few moments to put it in the system and assumed I was done. After asking to addthe second item he continued to complain and said he didn?t want to get fired from his job but that he was at his whits end. Waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes at the speaker, waiting for my order to be taken. Then waited another 4 to 5... minutes for the vehicle in front of me to get all of his order. We then waited another 12 minutes at the window to get ourorder. Drove home with the 3 piece order, and ended up throwing away all 3 pieces which were horribly undercooked.
