they take absolutely forever and when in line at the drive through, they'll take orders from 5 cars in a row from one line while... completely ignoring the car waiting that whole time in the other line. I've also seen them give someone the wrong order, take itback from that person, and then give it to the people who ordered it instead of making them a new one that hadn't been touchedby random customers, which is unbelievably unsanitary and disgusting. they also inexplicably leave the sugar out of the icedcoffees unless i specifically reiterate to make sure there's sugar. pretty ridiculous "service" but unfortunately this is theonly mcdonald's around. the vast majority of the staff are pretty terrible lol Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It took 30 minutes to get out food, probably because the staff was too busy yelling... and fighting with each other to do their jobs. The staff had an attitude problem. Had to yell 3 times to get someones attentionjust to get our orange juice. Then she wanted to get an attitude and roll her eyes. Other customers were trying to get someoneto take their order and were ignored or met with smart mouth comments by the unprofessional employees. Will never come back tothis location! Read more
Fast service and nice staff undone by old fries and reheated burgers. I'll wait a few minutes more to get something fresh. And... "no pickles" means no pickles. How hard is it to get special orders right? Read more
Love the caramel frappe! I always enjoy the caramel on top of the whipped cream. The only thing that makes it better is adding... shot of espresso! It adds little bit more coffee flavor! Great any time off the day! Read more
Not a clean table in the place and staff talk over each other making it very loud. On the plus side, staff are very courteous... and food was out promptly. They gave me the wrong sandwich and when I told them they fixed it immediately and were apologeticand nice about it. I'll give them another try. Read more
I am not one to take the time just to write a negative review unless something is absolutely horrible. This place manages to... screw up a different way each time I go through the drive-thru. Also, if you get fries they will almost certainly be cold andthey will likely short-change you with the amount of fries they give you. Read more
Excellent work and much appreciated the customer service from the 2 people working. Give these people more credit, they're... working a shortage and providing you food with a mile long line... SO WE HAD A Late night stop... thankful this location is 24hours, the one in Bellevue closed suddenly for the evening. Food was made correct and it was hot. This is the SLOWEST McDonald's ever! But they're also slow on the inside and I don't understand why cause they seemed to have a... lot of worker's! I went last night and there was only 1 person in front of me. Nobody would answer the intercom for like 10minutes! Then this other car pulled up on the other Lane and they took their order FIRST! I then had to wait for 10-15 moreminutes for my food. They came to the window twice to ask me what I ordered! I was like REALLY??? Don't they have a screentelling them!? Geesh! Read more
