Easily the worst location. Wait over an hour every time for delivery. Food is never fresh. Very disappointing.
The order took an hour to arrive and was missing the drink. When I called there wasn't even an apology instead were 2 options... bringing the drink when they have time or issuing a credit. For the manager: you have hands to hold the phone yourself and actlike a professional instead of telling your worker what to tell me. Update: They didn't bring the drink even after the phonecall. An hour to receive an order with an incorrectly made sandwich and missing an item. I've sent feedback for a refund for that and... I'm still having to follow up because no one has responded. It's a ridiculous hassle. Don't order from this location and if youdo, go through a third party like Doordash where you can get an immediate refund instead of chasing down a franchise owner who'sok with ripping you off. Do not order delivery from Jimmy Johns at this location. They had improved their service for a while and now have reverted back... to bad service. 90 minutes after I ordered and about 60 minutes after it went out for delivery the sandwich showed up warm. Why would I pay for a sandwich that is no longer cold and has been out from the shop for an hour? I called to complain and theworker hung up on me. Avoid at all costs. Read more
Service at this location has gone wayyy down hill. I placed an order at 5:28 pm today and just recieved my order at 6:34 pm.... Over an hour wait for a regular sandwhich and bag of chips. The worst part is i literally live .3 miles from this location. Itry to support locally and had my order delivered bc i know this pandemic has been hard on tipped workers but I'm shocked to saythe least. Read more

I ordered 2 sandwiches and it took 1 hour and 8 min to be delivered. I called 40 min after I placed my order to see if I was... overlooked and was very rudely told that I haven?t been waiting that long and it will arrive when it arrives. Serious lack ofprofessionalism on the phone and horribly slow delivery. BTW I work only 3 blocks away from their shop. Delivery driver was nicethough, that was the only good thing about this order.
