Always great, service is *usually* great. Some of the cashiers are rude especially at the Covington location. We always want... extra crackers (because they go great with coneys and 3-ways! ????) but we don't always get extra. I have figured out thoughthat if you tell them when you order a specific # we usually get them, sometimes they charge us but that's OK. There is agentleman at the Crescent Springs location working the drive-thru that is ALWAYS friendly and NEVER forgets our extra crackers! Read more
Stop leaving the cheese out of the bag for 3-ways!! The cheese is suppose to come with the 3-ways. I shouldn?t have to pay extra... to make sure the cheese gets placed into the bag. The Covington store is the only store that doesn?t give the cheese out for the3 way. This has happened on multiple occasions. And this is not ok!! Read more

I?ve been coming here for a while now but today I had an issue that I felt should have been handled better. Sounds like there... was an issue with their drive thru window system because I repeatedly asked for chili cheese fries. I didn?t realize she onlycharged me for cheese fries either. I get all the way home 20 minutes away and realize that my order was wrong. I call and thelady who took my order said she couldn?t hear me and would remake my order. I get to the restaurant and she tries to charge mefor chili to be added. I explained to her that I drove all the way back from home and you would think remaking my food free ofcharge would be courtesy. She gave me a hard time and a bit of an attitude but eventually did as I asked. Poor service and badcustomer service. Will not be back. Read more
We were greeted immediately upon entering, instructed to sit wherever we'd like, Jojo came to the table quickly for our drink... order, she was pleasant & friendly. Food was super fast & great, as always! 4 stars only because this Gold Star is older &showing it's age, could really use a makeover or update. This absolutely won't stop me from coming! Read more
