I normally don?t bother with leaving reviews on bad service. But the customer service at the place was beyond awful. The... gentleman taking my order wasn?t even listening to me while taking it. Which lead it being wrong when given to me. I simplyasked for my money back and was given a difficult time about a refund. I no mistake happen from time to time. But you nevershould make your customers feel like their wrong. On another note. If you?re employees are texting people while trying to takeyour order. Mistakes are going to continue to happen. I always get delivery or takeout here and it is always superb. I love, love, love their burgers! Absolutely delicious! Customer... service is excellent, when I go in to pick up my order, they show me what I ordered and make sure I have everything. This willalways be my favorite spot to go eat in South Covington. I decided to give this place one last try and never again. The service is HORRIBLE and they take FOREVER!!!! I tried some bacon... ranch fries with cheese and they didn?t add cheese so the cashier took it back to the kitchen and they poured so much cheese youcould barely see the fries and to make it worse the cheese was cold! When we said something about it they didn?t care. To getgood service I guess I needed to be a young hot male bc the 2 young girls immediately treated them like royalty when they camein. My cousins order took forever and when she asked how long it would be the girl acted as if she was being bothered andannoyed with us asking. She didn?t even know what it was or that we hadn?t received it. You can?t call or even speak to amanager so this was my only option to get someone?s attention. I?m actually surprised they?re still open but if some changesaren?t made soon they will lose all of their customers. Read more

I ordered at 2:49pm and was told 15-20 minutes. There were 2 men in there eating when we got there. Some time passes, then... another man, then another. 30 minutes after I placed my order a bunch of orders came up. We were told that since one guy ( whocame in after) had such a large order, they decided to make his first and we were reassured that there were making ours. 3 morecustomers came in and got their food and it had now been 40 minutes. I was livid, and starving and incredibly hangry. Weinquired about the order and they asked what we had ordered, and the employees were arguing in Spanish about our order, so Ileft the move the car closer and my friend asked to just get a refund. The woman at the counter had to call her manager and herefused. So, we got our food 52 minutes after we ordered it and they gave us another order of shrimp fried rice. It wasn'tuntil we started eating it and looked through it and we discovered that the eggs and broccoli were burnt. Never again. Horrible experience, and the other customers were much kinder than the employees. Read more

Let me start by saying.. the food is great. I?ve been going to various WnB locations for years, and this one since they?ve... opened. Unfortunately, their service is severely lacking. Reading through these negative reviews I?ve experienced most of thesethings.. like the loud inappropriate music, the young and often inattentive staff, etc.. But my big complaint is that they?venow outsourced their call-in/phone orders to a call center. I have placed two orders this way and both times there was alanguage barrier. I speak clear English and the person had a thick Indian accent and did not seem to understand things like?double? meaning TWO. They also would not allow me to order a burger without onions. They stated that they are not able tomodify any menu items. All of this adds up to being terribly inconvenient and us choosing this location less and less. Read more
