So I decided to try the new chicken sandwich today Don't get me wrong the sandwich was good but I just had a bad experience When... I picked up my food I was already complaining to the employee about them not giving me the right sauce and with my last orderwhich was blue cheese Just to get home and find out I have ranch again and When I call to complain the employee told me ohthat's the blue cheese that's the way we make it So being highly upset didn't eat took the food back with the sauce only forthem to tell me that they cannot replace the food they can only replace the sauce mind you I went back 5 hours later because Ihave my child It was company policy that they only messed up the sauce Mind you my food was old And I couldn't eat it earlierwithout the sauce so who was wrong here Read more
I ordered 20 wings and got one blue cheese when I asked for two blue cheese for 20 wings they told me it was going to be a... dollar 60 more. I just paid $25 for 20 wings and I can't have an extra blue cheese for free. It should come with two blue cheeseor two ranch for 20 wings Read more
Clean and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly and in great timing. Came just before lunch to try the new chicken sandwiches.... The lemon pepper flavor is the best. Wet but still crispy, they fried it up perfectly. Read more
The lady that worked on 05/25 around 5:30 is rude ash. Their menu says that each meal comes with a dipping sauce but when I... asked for it she said she would have to charge me extra. They need to update there menus if that?s the case. I will not becoming back. Anyone looking for wing place should go to Wing Spot Update: food was awful. It was greasy. As far as wings go, Wingstop is as mid as it gets in terms of quality but a bit overpriced for what you get. No issues at this... location with service, but Wingstop would never be my go wing spot not when so many mom and pop locations provide more bang forthe buck. The only benefit to Wingstop is that some location are open later and have online ordering. Read more
I understand with the climate of the economy and job market right now that it?s a challenge for restaurants to find good... employees but this place is so weird. It?s like anything goes. There is no order or care for customers. My first couple ofvisits everything was good but my last few visits went very bad. The cashiers and managers are rude and unprofessional. They useprofane language and they mess up orders frequently. Also, I was getting shorted in my wing count. If I ordered 10 wings, therewould be only 9 in my bag or if I ordered 6 wings, I would only get 5. This happened on three separate occasions and when Ibrought it up to the manager, she got very defensive. I asked her name and I think it?s ?Armani?. ??
