i placed an order in the drive thru & they had me pull up to wait. they brought my food out but they didn?t put my sauces for my... nuggets in the bag so i went in to get it. they wanna charge 25¢ for sauces that was already supposed to be in the bag with myfood i already paid for. ridiculous. Half done, incorrect food, and wastes gas going back there to get $$$. Placing hands all in my bag with whole head and hair... everywhere. Also if I ask for spicy don't give me half done regular. And your hands dirty why do Wendy's have all them roachesinside their condiment bottles and inside of their cheese and crawling in food?? Health dept always there. Read more
The lady or girl at the drive thru is very rude and needs to be in the back sweeping floors! If you can?t treat customers the... way you would your grandmother then get a job in a different field! Read more
Food was hot and fast. Service was a little slow. 6 people working behind the counter and still took a few minutes for someone... to recognize us. The restaurant was a little dirty (tables). The Coca-Cola machines were both out of various beverages one wascompletely out of order. I know staffing is an issue across the board but others have to pick up the slack and help out in thetime being. Read more
Overall experience was good. Quick in and out in the drive thru. Staff was professional and respectable. Food was prepared as it... should be instead to slapped together like other places...McDs. Will continue to order from here. Read more
I only went in for a drink. I will never understand how a manager can holler at employees in front of customers. No matter the... issue, no one should know what goes on. It is so unprofessional. She was hollering "If you dont know how to run drive thru, youwont work drive thru. That's it! I'm not slowing down the flow." So when does the training happen? How about " If you dont knowhow to run drive thru, let me show you." Isnt that what a manager is supposed to do? Then I witness this and think... Wendy'shas their employees working in a hostile work environment. I'm not impressed. Read more
I will never eat from This chain restaurant ever again. My daughter bought me a taco salad. There were nothing in the salad bowl... other than lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. To top things off my juice had no ice, and they did not give her a straw. I took thetop off the cup to drink my pink lemonade and to my surprise, I don't know if that is dirt or what in the cup. I tried the new Italian Mozzarella Marinara Chicken sandwich but were was the marinara hiding? Did not see it or taste it. A... small side salad would have been better for me than the cold fries, but a side salad is no longer available. Oh well quick foodcost as much as a meal at some places! Read more
