Okay, today was the 3rd time I've been to this Wendy's and it's the last straw. First time going for the "hot and crispy" fries-... they were greasy and soggy. Second time, we went for 2 strawberry frosties. The drive through line was super long, so I wentinside. There were workers all over, but NO ONE at the front register. The couple in front of me left, and one other guy (blesshis heart) powered through standing in front of the registers for about 20 mins. No one even acknowledged us! Insane. I ended upgoing back to the car, ordering online using the app, and no one brought my stuff to the curbside pickup for orders. I had towalk back in and ask them to get my stuff, which they immediately did, but only after I flagged someone down. This morning, washoping 3x's a charm. Completely empty drive thru. Ordered French toast sticks, which I've been looking forward to since theywere announced. Pulled up, ordered, and waited so long. Like, I used to work in fast food. I know how long it takes to frystuff. This took an absurd amount of time. When we got them, I had to roll down our windows because they REEKED of oil. It stunkso bad. I took one bite of each stick before deciding I was going to be sick from the sheer amount of oil on them. They didn'teven taste like egg or bread. Just oil. So nasty! Every time I go to this Wendy's either my fries or my wedges are cold whichever one i order. This time I went through the drive... thru and ordered a crispy chicken 4 for 4. The cashier rang up a chicken blt biggie bag. I politely told her that I didn't wantthe blt just a plain chicken sandwich. She said they didn't have that they only had a chicken blt. At this point I'm superconfused bc it didn't make since. I didn't even feel like telling her she was starting with the chicken sandwich I wanted ????.I just took the sandwich and when I got home I pulled the cheese (that I didn't ask for and that wasn't melted) off along withthe bacon and tomato that I paid for. Food was fine. 3:00 PM visit time. Employees could care less about serving customers and clearly care more about screwing... around behind the counter. I stood at the counter ready to order a good two minutes while counter employees were too busy havinga good time amongst themselves to be bothered. Won't ever be back. Read more

I was in the drive through with my daughter and grandkids. The line was not moving and i have a level three austic granddaughter... that was having a complete and total meltdown. I jumped out of the car and ran inside to at least get her meal. I explained tothe cashier, Tyler, that my autistic granddaughter was having an episode in drive though and he expedited her meal for me. Shehad her meal as we continued to sit in drive though. Thank you Tyler for helping during a stressful situation. You are anawesome young man and thank you to the rest of the staff who helped out. Read more

To begin with I was so impressed with Shania, if that's how she spells her name. She was friendly and seemed happy to be taking... our order. I would have given less if it wasn't for her attitude about being at work. We got to the 2nd window and that's wherethe experience went down hill. The guy didn't know what our order was. I had to tell him 4 times what we ordered. He proceededto give me Dr. Pepper after asking me what we ordered. My sons large frosty was actually a small, which he questioned. I had toask for a spoon and straw. The food we got should have been thrown out hours before we ordered it. The nuggets were old and coldand so were the fries. I was an assistant manager of Wendy's so I truly understand but the service we got was well below theWendy's standard. Short handed is no excuse for serving below quality food, keeping staff that can't follow directions, orhaving bad service. Read more

No bacon and barely any cheese on baconator fries. Burger feels like it just came out the freezer. Lady at the window won't stop... on her phone and to be reminded of my order 2 cause she can't look at a screen. The only thing they got correct on my order ismy son's chocolate milk. Read more
