Completely ridiculous to spend almost 30 min in a drive throught to pick up an Uber Eats order. They didn't even know they had... one. It was a Dave Double Stack combo with a frosty. It was around 9pm and they said they had turned off the frost machine 2hrs prior to that. The only reason they are getting 2 stars in the young man working the window was super nice and apologetic. My husband just went through the drive-through at this store with a coupon. When he got to the window, they said they forgot to... run the coupon before they ran his card. And there was "nothing they could do." Seriously?!? Several times the woman at thewindow said there was nothing she could do. I told him he should have said he didn't want any of his order and to get a refund,but he didn't. We will never frequent this particular Wendy's again. Read more

I called to see if they had the New Peppermint Milkshake, They said Yes, I also asked about Chocolate, They said Yes. We go... through Drive Through & within 5 min of calling, they said they did not have Chocolate. My Husband got the L Peppermint and itwas Nasty. Could barely taste the Peppermint & was a waste of Money. It got poured down the sink when we got Home. Thankfully Wepassed a DQ on the way home for Me. Read more
