Bone in fish was cooked to long. Only one side of fish had white meat. The other side was fried to a hard crisp. This happened... last two time I was there. Slaw & hushpuppies were great. Not sure I will go back. Read more

A filet catfish piece is cut in half to make a two piece! So a 4 piece catfish us really just two filets cut in half!doesn't... have good season.. Fries are very dark, fried okra is not fresh and saggy! The best food I've tasted from this restaurant is thegrits and shrimp! Ice tea is not great.. in my opinion! Definitely not what I expected! Well worth the wait. This place easily had close to 100 people in and out while I was there. The food was absolutely... scrumptious and the service friendly. I left full but light. We had just about everything on the menu and wasn't dissapointedwith any selection. I am going to eat here again probably within the next day or two. :) Read more
We enjoy this place with mama many times when visiting her in Covington from out of town. Great food, friendly and attentive... service, nice family friendly atmosphere. Eat outside or in AC/heated out building. Fried shrimp and fried fish excellent!!Great cole slaw too. Read more
