This is THE WORST Taco Bell within 3 surrounding areas! Food was cold, bare on grilled chicken, mushy chalupa supreme shells and... broken crunchy taco shells, one of our chalupa Supremes had two measly pieces of grilled chicken, stuffed with lettuce andcheese, no tomato and had the sour cream on the outside of the shell in between the shell and the wrapper - out of drinks, so Ihad to settle for Pepsi, however they gave me a diet Pepsi in which I am allergic to artificial sweeteners so I couldn't evendrink it, what a waste of money! My spouse and I both ended up throwing our whole order away and he's not even a picky eater! Wewill never visit this location again! Read more
Why ask me if I need sauce over the speaker if you're not going to put any in the bag? Just ask at the window. Makes no... sense. Also got no napkins. Food was good -- but peripherals were lacking here. Read more
They no longer take orders at the register, you have to use the kiosk. The food was good, and it was made in a timely manner. My... favorite thing about Taco Bell is the mild sauce, and Mexican pizza !! Read more
Mobile ordering took over half an hour before the restaurant even received the order (about 20 minutes after the app told me it... was ready at the counter). The app wouldn?t take my gift card which was equal to the amount of the order and so I had to ?roundup? to the nearest dollar and pay the $0.24 extra on my credit card in order to even use my gift card. Taco Bell apparently doesnot want you to leave a $0.00 balance on gift cards. Overall, a huge waste of time and a mildly irritating experience. Forgo theapp and maybe just forgo Taco Bell altogether. This Taco Bell is better than a lot of them. The older woman manager keeps on top of it and is so sweet. The food is good and... the staff are pleasant. Doesn't mean you won't hear a little bit of yelling (looking at you Josh) but that's part of every job. Read more
Terrible service. The order-taker was nice, up until we asked for lettuce, tomato, and onion on our crunch wraps. Started... interrupting us to ask for our drinks in the middle of our order. The lady who was supposed to do our food was on her phone thewhole time. After a 20-minute wait and being the only car there, we finally got our wraps. They forgot the tomato, and theydidn't even taste remotely good. Ended up being late to an event. Read more
I'd give it no stars if I could. This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Drive thru took 35 mins. Food was... poorly made. It all lacked care. We were just grateful the order was correct. Just a so disappointed in the preparation of thefood. Read more
Long wait time in the line I have been sitting at this menu to order for 10 minutes now and haven?t even been acknowledged.just... say something so I know my order is going to get taken I shouldn?t have to continuously say hello in the speaker to have myorder taken especially when no one is at the window unprofessional all workers inside store play and joking around instead oftaking order for customers I get you wanna be relaxed and enjoy your space where you work at but still maintain you dutiesespecially in the clock IJS Read more
