Pulled up to the store on Sunday afternoon @ 12:50pm. The open sign was on, the door was unlocked, the associate was serving... customer and looked at my wife and i and stated, sorry we are closed. I wouldn?t even give this place 1 star, if I could give negative stars I would and it definitely would be a -5 star but I had to... give it something in order to write this review. The customer service is absolutely terrible they are very rude with attitudesto the customers a.k.a. the ones that pay their bills for spending the money there! If you try and call in a order or speak witha human being to talk to don?t even try because they don?t pick up the phone or they take the phone off the hook there was onepoint where I called 32 times until someone answered the phone and as I proceeded to talk to the person that had finallyanswered the phone after 32 calls they had the nerve to ask me to call back in 10 minutes because their words/the MANAGER ?theyare busy? that?s how you run a business successfully into the ground. If you are considering eating at this subway forbreakfast/lunch/dinner I recommend driving a little bit further or out of the way to a different one if possible to get betterservice and better food rather than WASTE your money at this Subway! It is absolutely ridiculous and this is not the first timethis has happened. I?ve had multiple multiple multiple issues happen at this specific subway. And if all the other reviewsdoesn?t show you that this place is absolutely sucks then go ahead and waste your money because that?s exactly what you?ll bedoing. This subway needs to be shut down and the employees need to get fired and something else needs to be put there! Theynever have any other bread beside white and wheat and sometimes they don?t even have white! They run out of everything or are tolazy to make it or to dumb to do the inventory right. This is by far the worst sandwich shop ever! They don't take coupons, they rarely have what you order, NEVER have soup, yet they... advertise it. This place needs to close their doors and open a competitors business, Jersey Mike's, Blimpie, Firehouse or letsomeone take over this business that actually CARES about the business and it's customers! Tried three of the four sliders and although two were somewhat tasty, the amount of meat and cheese and other fixins was... ridiculously small for the $1.89 each price tag. Do not recommend. The people working there were pleasant though. Read more
If subway execs knew about this store they wouldnt allow it to be open. The Subway at the Grove in Walnut Grove next door to Dominos?s, DO NOT waste your money. They are RUDE AS HELL. I?m in the food... industry and always kind to people.
