I really like Subway but this particular location next to the Publix is less than desirable. I orderes 2 footlongs and this lady... makes 3 sandwiches with the meat that supposed to go in one. I got bread with toppings. I should have known since there's neveranybody there. Read more
Have yet to try my sandwich, as I'm waiting for my other sandwich to be made. The girl behind the counter was super friendly,... but I assume it was the boss or manager was super rude, and yelled at the girl for not knowing where the chicken was. The bossor whom ever she was took over making our sandwiches when it was convenient for her to do so, while she was making anotherorder. The young girl was so confused, but she pulled thru a d finished making our sandwiches exactly how we wanted them. Theboss lady took over ringing up our sandwiches and never even asked us if we would like a beverage or chips. We will most likelynot be returning to that particular store. Read more
Incompetent, rude, and unprofessional staff. I walked in at 8:35pm tonight, and the staff behind the counter told me that they... were closed. Then they said that they actually closed in twenty minutes, so they could take my order. They did so, and I satdown at a table to eat, thinking I could do so because there were two gentlemen sitting at the tables, one of whom was having adrink. The staff became hysterical and told me that I could not eat inside because of Covid, despite the fact that two otherpeople were inside at the tables. The staff members said that the two men were friends and were thus allowed to stay inside therestaurant. My presence, meanwhile, violated Covid precautions according to the staff. I would also note that not one sign wasvisible on the outside of the restaurant listing any Covid safety precautions or prohibiting indoor dining whatsoever. I don't understand why they post hours of operations at 8am to 9pm because they lock the doors at 830pm. They need to change... their hours so that people want kill themselves trying to get there by closing. This is the only establishment in covington thatdoes that. Not very helpful. I was trying to save with digital coupon but the employee seemed to not care and didn't help. I felt rushed... although we were only ones in store. I don't care who you think you are, take out your stupid bluetooth so you don't ask me what I said multiple times. Freaking... annoying. Also why are you so grumpy (my annoyance is specifically directed at the Indian guy with the bluetooth in)?
