It doesn?t say anywhere on the app that its mobile orders for drive thru pick up only- I?ve already paid for my coffee, and... we?ve been in line for 20 minutes and are STILL waiting. At this point, just close. It?s misleading to your customers to notwarn us that just getting a coffee will be this major of an inconvenience. This location is by far the worst I?ve ever been to.I?d rather drive a half hour to another location than come here. I hate leaving bad reviews but I can count on one hand thenumber of good experiences I?ve had here. Read more

I do not usually come to Starbucks because it is expensive, and the line is usually wrapped around the building in the mornings.... Joel took my order at the speaker, and he was a joy to speak with! He made my mood so much happier than it was prior. He evensuggested the drink I ordered, which ended up being delicious. The girl that gave me the coffee at the window was really nice aswell. The employees make the wait worth it at this location from what I can tell by my first visit. Read more

Excellent coffee. I got something simple, their vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it was great! I know I was cranky that... morning, but the staff was very friendly and very kind. I had a bit of a wait, but it was to be expected as they were moderatelybusy. I couldn't ask for better service. I wouldn't mind coming here again. I love their seating/lounge area. Read more

The worst Starbucks I have visited. I have ordered here multiple times (mobile, inside and drive thru) and my drink is never... correct. I?ve had to come inside on multiple occasions to have drinks remade. I have never had an order prepared correctly onthe first try. On my latest order they put a dirty used lid on my drink. I?m so glad they shake the drinks that are supposed to be shown such as the pink drink! That being said, they could have filled... the cup up more. My iced coffee came out perfect and so did my husband?s iced white mocha Read more

I felt the great energy and positive vibes from the intercom. Then the cashier made my day too! First time here and now I know I... have a place to return. Big brand names usually make me steer away but needing a 'picker upper' for a long drive sent me lookingfor coffee and I'm glad it was here?? Well, considering a multitude of factors, I?d say this location really is doing the best it can. Most places are understaffed... and under stocked these days anyway, so I can?t blame a bunch of young adult/teenage employees for that. Management, maybe, butI find the staff here to be very friendly and welcoming! When I AM able to order ahead, they always do a great job. And in theevent that they are closed, or ordering ahead is ?not available?, it?s not like there aren?t plenty of other Starbucks/coffeeshops within 5 to 10 minutes from this one location that can make a decent coffee. I have been to this Starbucks several times and for the most part it?s really great. But they are out of a lot of things most of... the time. They?re real hours compared to the hours listed here are incorrect. The barista?s are a tad unprofessional. But Ithink it?s because they?re all understaffed. Hopefully after a year or two they?ll be even better. Read more
