Doesn?t even deserve the one star I have to give. Paid $40 including a tip for my food through the app. Sat at stall 12 for 20... minutes waiting for my food. Nobody came out and said anything to us. I Had to go through the drive thru and wait even longer.The Food was disgusting. My sons cheeseburger was hard. Fries were cold. Cheesesticks were dry and hard. We were missing foodfor our order. Kind, affable and sweet staff. Always smiling and laughing. My fiancee says this is the best Sonic around. She frequents one in... Warner Robins and notes that everything tastes so much better in Covington. Read more
Ordered online and they were only doing drive through so I went in line. Waited 45 mins still didn?t get my food. 3 people... behind me that ordered there got there food before I did. Like get it together. If people don?t want to work then just shutdown. This is ridiculous. I understand if you have a lot of orders but come on. Read more
Placed an online order for a medium lemonade. Waited over 10 mins at a stall to pick it up and still hadn't seen anyone come out... to deliver to the other vehicles. Pressed the button only for it to take over 5 mins for someone to answer and the guy says theyare only taking drive through orders. I had already went around the drive through once to see how the line was looking and thegauge if it would be quicker for my pickup. The line still hadn't moved from when I went around previously with the 4 cars stillwaiting. I left without my drink as I had wasted over 20 mins at the location trying to get a lemonade. Read more
I love their slushies, however; there is no bring it to your car and the wait in the drive through is ridiculous. In addition... they do not serve based on given hours. Somedays they open at 10, and some days 11. Web says they should open early eachmorning since they have a breakfast menu, but that is not happening. My suggestion, either get it together and run the businesscorrectly or close. Don?t waist peoples time! Read more
The food isn't that bad. The wait on the other hand is terrible, and the customer service isn't much to boast about neither. If... you see more than 4 or 5 cars in the drive through, be prepared to wait about 30 plus minutes. I don't recommend here if you areon a clock. Read more
Ordered online, once got there it did not give me an option too check in. Pushed the red button at the stall waited there for at... least 10 minutes no one ever acknowledged me so I drive through the drivethru and waited in the drive thru for about 40 moreminutes. I told them that I was there for a pick up, they never asked my name until I got to the window and then had to wait forher to make my shakes and drinks. It has been a bad experience everytime going here for at least 6 months. This is my last badexperience here! Forgot to say my shark slushy had no sharks in it but that was the last thing I was worried about after beingthere an hour. Read more
There was a hair hanging out my drink I asked for another one and she pulled the hair out and have it right back to me. I said... is that The same drink knowing that it was and she said no? yes. Absolutely not I asked for a manager and the manager juststarted lying to my face. Disgusting. Read more
