HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY LOCK BOTH BATHROOMS ALL THE TIME. I asked if I could get the key and was told by the... 3 kids running the store that the bathrooms are always locked, by order of management, and cannot be unlocked for customers. Myfamily and I JUST purchased smoothies and we asked to wash our hands and they said ?you can use this hand sanitizer at thefront, the bathrooms are locked not to be used?. Favorite place to go after a workout ! However the two young ladies who work the register has a very nasty attitude. Not sure... which is Kaay but that the name that was in the reciept. Young lady tried keeping my reciept looked at me and handed it to merudely. Might as well throw it at me .Walked in 8:30 and the young lady with orange ombré hair mumbled ?oh no where all y?allcoming from?? Multiple people walked in behind me and the young lady with gold hair looked at her and waited for the girl to sayregister closed. Horrible workers with bad attitudes. They never answer the phone and never have online orders prepared. Will no longer be coming... to this location if any smoothie king at all if this is the type of workers you accept. Edit: I continued to try to call as myfamily was in the location to no avail. There is NO REASON to call a facility that im going to spend money with OVER 20 times.Whoever works these mornings shifts needs to be replaced. The actual boss is friendly but is hardly ever there. Yesterday was my first visit in awhile and Ariel (the cashier) was awesome! She showed me how to use a coupon code and gave good... suggestions on what smoothie to order. My first time visiting any Smoothie King location so I wasn?t sure what to order. I asked the employees what would they... recommend. They immediately started to to answer. Would definitely recommend! The staff was so welcoming upon entering and they even offered suggestions on what to try. I am so... glad they opened this location! I?ve never seen a smoothie king location look like this one. The seating area is so cute andvibrant! If the owners are out working, they give smiles and make me feel like a valued customer! I?ve been waiting for this location to open since I first saw the paper go up on the windows! The wait was well worth it and... what a great addition to the community. The service was fast and friendly, the location was nice and large, most of all thesmoothie was amazing. I visit this location multiple location multiple times a week on my way from the gym.
