Well, I won't be coming back. Service was lack luster especially considering I was the only patron at 7:00 pm on a Tuesday. I... haven't been to a Shane's in a while. Today was my cheat meal. Maybe I'm wrong but the tenders are way smaller and the sides areskimpy and nothing tasted fresh. This 2 star rating is me being generous. Read more

I felt welcome at this Shane?s Rib Shack. Precious was very professional and knowledgeable answering the question that I had. I... received good customer service and the Pulled Pork and Texas Toast was good. Update: I ordered Chicken Tenders; they are smallpieces. I should have gone to Shane?s Rib Shack website to see how the Chicken Tenders looked (before I ordered them). I don?tplan on buying Chicken Tenders again from them. Read more

If I could give it a 0 star I would. We ordered our food at 7:50pm for take out. They informed me it would be about 20 minutes... for the burgers to cook. NO PROBLEM. We sat in the booths between the hour of 7:50 and 8:20 3 other people came in, ordered, andleft with food in hand. At 8:45 almost 1 hour after ordering I ask how much longer. More than patient for the "20" minutes ittakes to cook a burger. And we get told oh the ticket didn't go back there but 3 other orders successfully made it back thereand were prepared. From the time of 8:20 when the last customer was served to 8:45 we were left in the front with no one whilethey closed down. When they emerged from the back one of the cashiers made sure to get her food to take home before we had toASK where our food was. WORST customer service we had EVER had at Shane's. To top it all off we went for my sons birthdaybecause thats what he wanted for dinner but didn't want to eat inside. Read more

Just ordered thru door dash. We ordered the 2 meat plate and 2 vegetables. It was supposed to have BBQ sauce on the grilled... chicken and the smoked chicken wings. Nope not one ounce of BBQ sauce anywhere. Secondly my smoked wings were burnt and overcooked and hardly any meat. I couldn?t eat them hardly. The grilled chicken was so dry and over cooked that my Mom aboutchoked on a piece of it. It was quite a expensive meal that was extremely hard to eat. We ended up throwing it out. Absolutely disgusting! For some reason my GrubHub option was this location and was the first time and will most certainly be the... LAST time I would ever waste money at this establishment. I have emailed the store as well. The order was all wrong, drinksmissing and this so-called BBQ (pork) is horrible! It is so greasy it is swimming in grease in the box (see photo), flavorlessAND full of fat, a piece of a bone and had to be drained of grease and "fried" in a pan before we could even eat it. The chickentenders are "grilled" but not fully cooked. They went straight in the trash. The fries were swimming in the lemon pepper saucethat was meant for the tenders and were the wrong side, the order was for potato salad. Everything was stone cold and the 2drinks were missing. Me and My Wife are repeated customers and tonight might have been our last at this location. Lately we order salads and a large... okra and they are delicious and full. Not the past couple of visits. This was tonight as we did a online order like we alwaysdo. My wife picked it up on the way home from work and when she got inside she picked the order up and we usually don't checkour orders cause there usually ok. But tonight she went to the counter and ask for the order and the receptionist said" here'syour order but there's no receipt is that ok!" She said that is fine , but when she got home we opened our containers of foodand this is what we got. See Pictures below!!! There was barely any chicken on the salad. And we ordered a LARGE ORDER OF OKRA,AND THAT IS ALL WE GOT FOR $5.49. They put the container of okra in the bottom of the bag so we couldn't see it until the lastcontainer was opened.(Like possibly trying to hide it if my wife did check the order there.) Usually it's about a half fullcontainer. We had a incident once and called and all they do is say oh we will put your name in the book. But nothing everhappens. Maybe they should have management check their orders before handing it to the customers. We never leave reviews butsomeone at corporate needs to see this, cause service has gone down in the past 1-2 months. They did just lost us as a customerat this location. We will be going to the other Shane's on 138 & 212. They seem like a better location and have been open a lotlonger than this location. Read more
