When you're used to paying Little Ceasars prices (for pretty good quality pizza if I may add), Papa John's (and basically any... other pizza place besides Stevie B's) is a bit pricey. That is the only thing I could complain about with this delivery/orderexperience. They made a really good veggie thin crust w/o sauce though, which makes it matter a little less! Read more
We don't like delivery from Papa John's on 278 in Covington GA since Papa John's utilizes Door Dash. We always go to the store... to p/u our orders. I recommend that this store request customers to circle back around when the order isn't ready. We waited 15+min behind a customer since their order wasn't ready. When we received our order, the pizza did not have extra cheese. I've hada similar issue when the only thing ordered was a pizza bowl, the bowl had nothing that we ordered and we had the same issue, anotification that our order was ready and someone else's wasn't so 29 waiting and the order was not correct. I have been ordering from this Papa Johns location for about ten years. The service I've received has been consistently great.... The handful of times in which something went wrong with my order (usually minor things), the workers/managers have swiftlyrectified things by providing replacement items, etc. A couple of the stand-out people here are Jaylnn, Aleksandr, and severalmanagers, who always have gone out of their way to ensure a good experience for my family.
