Most of the times I have came to this location it has been pretty slow. The drive thru is busy a lot. The order is gonna be all... the way correct about 50% of the time. Sometimes they forget things, or just don't get the food correct. Update: My husbandcame to pick up an online order this morning. He had to go inside because of a problem getting our order to be seen due tohaving to bring the phone you ordered from to the location, which I was unaware of at the time I ordered. They were getting atleast one thing wrong with everyone's order, and they gave me two bacon mcgriddles when one was supposed to be sausage. Therewere a bunch of people working as well. Read more
Worst McDonald's in Covington. Service is terrible. Save yourself the trip and just goto the one on 278. Mcrib was sloppy and... sauce was all over the box and bread. Didn't even put the meat on the right type of bread. Read more
Would give no stars If possible. My husband went to grab us some food from McDonald's and the fries were cold and hard and the... burger was still bloody and the McChicken was rubbery the sweet tea had about an inch of tea grounds (I hope that's what it was)in the bottom of the cup. Couldn't get anyone on the phone to tell them. Every time we go here everything is completely messedup and the quality of the food is abysmal. Read more
Very slow...I ordered a happy meal from a monitor to start with instead of a person...so I just had to guess, then it took 15... minutes to get it. Just so unorganized and ridiculous to wait that long for a happy meal. I would not go back. People GO OUT forthe COMFORT of being WAITED ON AND TO SIT DOWN AND EAT....NOT IN A CAR. If I have to drive thru and eat in my car or do it allmyself Id just as well eat at home. Read more
The staff is nice, but just about every time we go they forget or mess up the order in some way. Today they forgot our bbq sauce... which I caught and went in for and didn?t think to check my Big Mac, but as you can tell by the spotless top buns they didn?tadd the second patty or anything on the top. Who is buying a Big Mac for extra bread??? This isn?t the first time this hashappened, but I shouldn?t have to check my meals every time and hold up the line. Read more
How can two people work so well together? I came through drive through the other day, after my order was taken a young man at... the back window who said his name was Boss, took my money so politely he even said see you tomorrow , I thought about this andwas like yes will! He smiled I went forward and another young lady greated me asked my order and smiled while giving me my foodand again she said , see you tomorrow. I had to ask her name , this was my first time hearing this. She told me her name wasSerenity. Has anyone else encountered these two? So young and polite. I thank you both for the experience. Went through the drive thru and was parked for 10 minutes, so much for ?fast food?. Then when I do get my food the kids meal is... wrong, of all things the easiest thing to make. Had to go inside and they take forever to make a new one and don?t apologize orrecognize they messed up. I will not return here. Read more
Went to the drive up around 8pm and while my order was taken quickly they had wait for 15 mins at reserved spot only to receive.... Food that was not hot. The fries tasted like they was reheated as they was hard and tasteless myself and kids did not eat them.One of the worst experiences I ever had. This staff just does not care Read more
