Had a mcrib at lunch (noon) that was hard could not eat it. I took it back at 7pm waited 20 minutes. I ask for them to throw in... a fry because of the problems & the long wait. The manager said no. She would not do it. Thoroughly disgusted with thisMcDonald's and management. Read more

Arrived at 8:30pm was not greeted. Then the Rude and nprofessional was yelled at by the manager. He accused me of stealing... while i put my money on counter as he would not come take my order. I was still standing at register to ensure it was enoughmoney...he yelled that it was kiosk ordering only (i should have just known that??) This was by far the worst experience. I ordered 3 mcgriddle meals and they forgot my hashbrowns! They didnt give us any napkins either. The tea taste like they put a... whole bag of sugar in it. I also ordered an apple fritter and it tasted nasty, and it was hard as a rock. Read more

Rude, unprofessional was yelled at by the manager fir asking if they had anyone taking orders. She never turned around to... acknowledge me or the elderly gentleman in front of me. She yelled that it was kiosk ordering only...she didn't then told thegentleman me he needs to listen better and refused to help him with ordering. Literally worst experience ever. None of the food was right only condiment available was ketchups everything was cold. Drinks... were wrong. And the bars already low when it comes to McDonald's I know..but for people wanting $12-15 an hour maybe do your jobment for a high schooler right the first time. Read more

I waited for someone to come greet me for about 6min , I didn?t make a fuss because I can see that the crew was working. The... Young lady with box braids took my order from the dine in , she didn?t even greet me and she had on gloves coming from the back,how disgusting ! First thing I said was hi I have a coupon and began with my order. She looked at me like she was in a rush andtold me we don?t have frappe?s right now and just stared at me.. This is my 12th time coming to this location this month andthey they don?t iced coffee or the ?machine ? is down. (This is on my way to work) Coffee is the # 1 beverage in the morning Ijust don?t understand how they can?t be productive , check inventory so they can be successful, put in a order if a machine isdown and be friendly at the location. Still a reasonably good value, although with frequent price increases over the past year and a half, the value incentive is... slipping away. Still hoping for a return to acceptable customer service. It's terribly frustrating to see cars in thedrive-thru, who arrive minutes AFTER you've placed your order, receive their food before you. It is clear that mobile orders arethe lowest priority, followed by kiosk orders and front counter orders (if you can get the attention of someone to take yourorder). Casual observation sees 4-6 drive-thru orders filled for each dining room picked up order.
